Project note:

This project is expected to be built in Kalamata. It is a state-of-the-art olive mill and a completely ecological construction. The construction of the building will be completed with the excellent cooperation of one well-known company that imports branded ecological materials in Greece.
The building consists a part of the local environment with the stone load-bearing masonry and bears the stamp of the historical past of the arches, the window frames from meranti wood, the continuous mosaic floor and the small balconies. Local craftsmen will undertake the construction, who are in excellent cooperation with our office. It is worth noting that the reinforced concrete will not be used at all, but only breathable local materials.
The oil mill will have independent energy supply through the use of state-of-the-art photovoltaic panels and drilling. The building follows the general philosophy of ecology with the treatment of wastewater and the management of its waste with the corresponding planned spaces.
