Technical and Legal Inspection of Real Estate for sale

On each Real Estate Purchase Agreement, a survey is carried out at the competent Urban Planning Authority and on-site measurement.

At the same time, our legal partners undertake all necessary legal actions related to the purchase or sale of a property (such as inspection of titles of ownership in the Land Registry, issuance of certificates by the First Instance Court, etc.). In this way we ensure your investment in all respects.
